Terms and conditions of Hotel Forza***

§1 SUBJECT MATTER OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The Regulations define the principles of service, liability and stay in the Hotel and are an integral part of the contract, which is concluded by signing the registration card, as well as by making a reservation or paying an advance or the whole amount due for the stay in the hotel. By performing the above mentioned actions, the Guest confirms that he/she has read and accepts the terms and conditions of the Regulations.
2. The Rules and Regulations apply to all Guests staying at Hotel ForZa*** .
3. The Regulations are available for inspection at the hotel reception desk and on the Hotel’s website.

§2 HOTEL DAY
1. A hotel room is rented for a hotel day.
2. A hotel day lasts from 2:00 p.m. to 11:00 a.m. on the following day.
3. If the Guest does not specify the length of stay when renting the room, it is assumed that the room was rented for one hotel day.
4. If the Guest wishes to extend his/her stay beyond the period indicated on the day of arrival, he/she should report it at the reception until 10:00 a.m. of the day on which the room rental period expires.
5. The Hotel shall accommodate requests to extend the stay as far as it is possible.

§3 RESERVATION AND CHECK-IN
1. The hotel guests are obliged to check in on the basis of an identity card and/or passport and/or PESEL number.
2. Non-registered persons may stay on the hotel premises from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., upon prior notification at the reception desk.
3. The hotel guest may not transfer the room to a third party, even if the period for which he has paid the fee has not expired.
4. The Hotel may refuse to accommodate a Guest who, during the previous stay, has grossly violated the Regulations, in particular by causing damage to the hotel property or the Guest’s property, damage to the Guest’s person, Hotel employees or other persons staying at the Hotel.
5. The Hotel reserves the right to charge a credit card pre-authorisation at check-in or to collect a cash deposit in the amount due for the entire stay.
6. If the Guest’s stay at the Hotel was scheduled to occur on trade show dates, the Hotel will have the right to charge the Guest for the entire scheduled stay.
7. If the Guest cancels their stay after 6 p.m. on the day preceding the stay, the Hotel will charge the Guest for the first hotel night. If the Guest cancels during the stay, the Hotel will charge the Guest for the total price of the reservation.
8. Due to the fact that the Data Administrator (Ferguson Sp. z o.o.) is obliged to indicate the origin of the data, reservations by phone each time must be confirmed within 3 hours, in writing/by e-mail. In connection with the above, hotel/catering service reservation is assumed in an anonymous form. The Service Recipient, in order to confirm the contract performance, provides the data required by the Service Provider to perform the service and the reservation number obtained by phone, to which no data are assigned. If the data is not replenished within the indicated time, the booking will be canceled.

§4 SERVICES
1. The hotel shall provide services in accordance with its category and standard.
2. In the case of any complaints regarding the quality of services, the Guest is requested to report them immediately to the reception, which will allow the staff to improve the standard of services provided.
3. The hotel is obliged to provide:
– conditions for full and unhindered rest of the Guest,
– security of the stay, including maintaining confidentiality of the Guest’s information,
– professional and courteous service,
– cleaning the room and carrying out the necessary repairs to the facilities during the Guest’s absence, and in the case of the Guest’s presence only if he or she agrees and wishes to do so,
– provide, as far as possible, another room or otherwise reduce the inconvenience if the defects occurring in the room cannot be rectified.
4. In addition, at the Guest’s request, the Hotel shall provide the following services free of charge:
– providing information related to the stay and travel,
– wake-up call at the appointed time,
– storing the Guest’s luggage,
– ordering a taxi.

§5 RESPONSIBILITY OF GUESTS
1. Children under the age of 12 should be kept on the Hotel property under the constant supervision of their legal guardians. Legal guardians are financially responsible for any damage caused by their children.
2. The Hotel Guest takes full financial responsibility for any damage or destruction of the Hotel’s equipment and technical facilities caused by the Guest or his/her visitors. The Hotel reserves the right to charge the Guest’s credit card for the damage caused after the Guest’s departure.
3. In case of violation of the Terms and Conditions, the Hotel may refuse to provide services to the offending person. Such person shall be obliged to immediately follow the Hotel’s demands, to pay for the services provided so far, to pay for any damages and to leave the Hotel.
4. Each time the Guest leaves the room, he/she should check the door lock and leave the card at the reception.
5. For reasons of fire safety, it is prohibited to use heaters, kettles, electric irons and other similar devices not included in the room equipment in hotel rooms. The above does not apply to chargers and power supplies for audiovisual and computer equipment.

§6 HOTEL’S LIABILITY
1. The Hotel’s liability for loss of or damage of items brought into the Hotel by the Guest is governed by the provisions of Articles 846-849 of the Civil Code.
2. The Guest should notify the Reception of the occurrence of the damage immediately upon its discovery.
3. The Hotel is liable for loss of money, valuables, or items of high scientific or artistic value only if such items are placed on deposit at the Reception.
4. The Hotel reserves the right to refuse to accept items of high value, large sums of money, items threatening security and large items that cannot be placed on deposit.
5. The Hotel shall not be liable for damage or loss to a car or other vehicle belonging to a Guest, items left in it or live animals, regardless of whether such vehicles were parked in the hotel car park or outside the Hotel premises.

§7 RETURN OF ITEMS LEFT BEHIND
1. Personal belongings left in the hotel room by a departing Guest shall be sent back to the address indicated by the Guest at the Guest’s expense
2. If the Hotel does not receive an instruction from the Guest to return the items left behind, the Hotel will store the above items at the owner’s expense for a period of three months, after which time the items will become the property of the Hotel. Food items will be stored for 24 hours.

§ 8 SILENCE HOURS
1. The silence hours last from 11 p.m to 6 a.m. of the following day.
2. During the silence hours, guests and visitors using Hotel’s services are obliged to do so in such a way that it does not disturb in any way the peace of stay of other people.

§9 COMPLAINTS
1. Guests have the right to submit complaints if they notice any deficiency in the quality of the services provided.
2. All complaints shall be received at the Reception.
3. A complaint should be submitted immediately after noticing any deficiencies in the standard of services provided.

§10 ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS
1. The Hotel does not accept animals.
2. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the Hotel and its immediate surroundings except for designated smoking areas.
3. Breaking the ban of smoking cigarettes and tobacco products in the Hotel room is equivalent to the Guest’s consent to cover the costs of deodorization of the room in the amount of 500.00 PLN and the costs of fire brigade intervention in case the alarm system is activated.
4. No dangerous goods – weapons and ammunition, flammable, explosive and illuminating materials – may be stored in the hotel rooms.
5. The Guest agrees for his/her personal data to be stored and processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (Journal of Laws of 2002 No. 101, item 926 as amended) by Hotel ForZa with its registered seat in Poznań at Dworska 1 Street for the purposes necessary for the Guest’s stay at the Hotel and use of other services provided by the Hotel. The Guest has the right to access and correct his/her personal data.
6. The Guest is not allowed to make any changes in the hotel rooms and their equipment, apart from minor rearrangement of furniture and equipment, not affecting their functionality and safety of use.
7. Public areas within the hotel complex are monitored and recorded. The monitoring recordings are erased after 7 days and are properly secured against unauthorised access. By entering the hotel property, the hotel guest agrees to their image being recorded. The purpose of video recording is to secure any possible claims of the hotel against the Guest.
